Main assumptions of the project:

In the years 2010 - 2012 we realized for Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. (Currently Orange Polska S.A.) the Physical Data Quality (JDF) project. The subject of the project was an inventory of the network resources of the Operator in the field. The project covered the whole of Poland. We have totaled over 3.5 million network attributes. We have updated Customer databases. The project involved 315 field workers and 55 stationary employees. The data we have obtained has allowed us to significantly improve the quality of our customer base, which has shifted to the quality of our services. This efficient O & S Computer-Soft solution has made this possible.

Innovation:

JDF was a continuation of the SOLAR project, expanded with physical data from the network. Inventory over 3.5 million network attributes and update the customer database. The data obtained significantly improved the quality of the databases and improved the quality of the services provided.
