Project Goal: The main objective of the project is to increase the chances and attractiveness of 105 pupils (including 25 women) in the labor market of 105 students (including 25 women) in Piekary Śląskie through internships until the year 2015. Project characteristics: Project implementation period: 01.04.2014 - 30.06.2015 Thanks to the project, the person participating in the project will increase their professional skills in the desired and attractive occupations for the employers. This will strengthen their position on the labor market. In addition to the target group, local employers will be more likely to find good employees, other students from the School Team No. 1, and a close circle of trainees whose attitude will be a good example. The project is expected to: • organization of traineeships in occupational fields meeting the needs of the labor market. Information technology is one of the five smart specializations of the region (Regional Innovation Strategy for Silesian Voivodeship for the years 2013-2020), which are of horizontal importance for the technological, economic and social development of the region. They are the biggest transformations, constantly developing and changing, so close contact between schools and employers is required in education in this area. The education of specialists in key areas of economic importance is emphasized in RIS 2013-2020, Silesian Voivodship Strategy "Śląskie 2020" and Technology Development Program Silesian for the years 2010-2020, • implementation of the internship in the profession of IT technician and technician electrician (1st path) and technician economist (2nd path), • supervision of the trainee, facilitating the implementation of the "rhythm of work", overcoming discouragement, motivating, • implementation of the traineeship based on the master-student relationship, allowing the trainees to acquire practical and useful skills.
