Main assumptions:

In 2014, we made digitization of the Geodetic and Cartographic Resources for the District Office in Jaworze. The scope of the project included 200 thousand documents in binders, stitched bookbindery. The documents were scanned, indexed according to legal requirements and loaded into the customer's IT system. The project has significantly improved the quality and shortened time spent on providing geodetic documentation to external contractors. In addition, he has optimized the process of storing and managing documentation at the office.

Innovation:

Mass scanning of the documentation and its digitization and loading into Customer's repositories. The imaging process was based on Fujitsu-Siemens and Graphtek. Process management was carried out with the help of the authoring software Opera Digitization developed by our company. Optimizing document retention and management at the office.
