Main assumptions of the project:

In the years 1997 - 2001 we realized for Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. (Currently Orange Polska S.A.), the project of maintaining Lucent Technologies U10L telephone exchanges. The scope of the project included dozens of central locations located throughout Poland. The customer required a high level of quality. Response time was 1 hour and component repair time 8 hours after reporting damage. 100% availability of telecommunication services was required.

Innovation:

Response time reduced to 1 hour and failure repair time up to 8 hours after failure reporting. Such an effective communication solution was possible only through the excellent design of the entire software.
