How do we work?

At  O&S, the most important thing is the customer and his satisfaction, so that we can fully meet this challenge and we create our own solutions. Each project is implemented in accordance with the PRINCE-2 methodology, which consists of the following elements:

• Management plan (description of all activities related to the project)
• Requirements analysis (discussing any issues with the Client)
• System design (program preparation together with client)
• Acceptance testing plan (product verification with the customer)

Once the product is ready and fully accepted, the implementation, training and delivery of the as-built documentation remain. Thanks to having a whole range of specialists we do not use subcontractors, which guarantees that the terms of execution are short, low cost and very high quality. We provide comprehensive service related to maintenance and functional development of systems.
